苏州城市建设与房地产市场发展研究(论文14300字)
摘要
近年来,随着城镇化的不断推进,快节奏的城市建设促进了房地产市场的飞速发展。2013年,各地一二线城市的楼市一路飙升,长期处于“高烧”状态,而作为全国重点风景旅游城市之一的苏州,其房地产市场,在国家政策的宏观调控下,从遭遇新“国五条”的恐慌到井喷式成交后的相持,直至政策威力过后的破局。一年多的经历可谓跌宕起伏。本课题则主要以2013年苏州市城市与房地产市场为研究对象,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面入手,对苏州城市建设、房地产市场的特征、特性进行了较为客观地分析,并对其发展阶段和发展趋势进行了简要的阐述。此外,本文还对该地房地产方面的相关政策和房地产企业的竞争力作了简要的分析,通过对本地一些代表性房产企业的介绍,较为客观地总结出了苏州房地产市场所具有的投资价值,以期能够引起人们对苏州房产的正确认识和关注。

Abstract
In recent years , with the continuous progress of urbanization , fast-paced urban development to promote the rapid development of the real estate market . 2013 , a second-tier cities throughout the property soared, a long period of "high " state , but as a national key scenic tourist city of Suzhou , one of its real estate market in the national macro-control policies , from the experience of new "five countries " stalemate panic to spurt deal after breaking until after the power policy . Can be described as a year of experience ups and downs . The topics are mainly in 2013 in Suzhou City and the real estate market as the research object , from the macro , meso and micro levels start construction of Suzhou city , the real estate market features, characteristics for a more objective analysis , and its stage of development and trends are briefly described. In addition, we also compete in the relevant policy aspects of real estate and real estate companies masterpiece brief analysis , through the introduction of a local representative of some real estate companies , more objectively summed up the investment value of the real estate market in Suzhou has a view to can cause people to correctly understand and focus on the Suzhou listing.
