摘要
本设计为紫罗兰商旅宾馆给排水设计。框架式结构:总建筑面积约为12968m2,实际建筑高度为 49m,地上十三层,地下一层,地下一层为泵房,配电房;一层为大堂,售票厅,车库;二层为厨房,餐厅;三层KTV娱乐设施;四~十二层为宾馆;十三层为会议室;屋面设置水箱间。
设计主要为建筑内的给水排水工程以及与之配套的室内外部分给水排水工程的设计,具体包括:给水系统、消防系统、自动喷洒系统、排水系统以及雨水系统。
给水系统采用分区供水,从市政管网上接一根DN100的引入管,其中一层至五层为低区,由市政管网直接进行供水;六至十三层采用泵房给水水泵加压供水,屋顶消防水箱由生活水泵提供。泵房水池采用钢筋混凝土结构,置于地下室泵房。
建筑室内外排水采用污废合流方式,室外排水采用污废合流制,排入检查井后,经化粪池处理再排入市政污水管。卫生间采用多设立管形式,采用专用通气立管。地下室排水经排水沟汇集排至集水坑,经潜污泵提升排至检查井。本建筑采用内排水,选择重力半有压流系统,雨水经屋面雨水斗收集后由雨水管排至检查井再排入市政污水管。
本建筑为高层二类宾馆,按照高层民用建筑防火规范,消火栓宜布置在明显、经常有人出入且使用方便的地方,室外消火栓用水量20L/s,室内消火栓用水量20L/s,火灾延续时间2h,消防立管管径为DN100。在屋顶层设试验消火栓两个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。其中屋顶水箱应贮存10min消防水量。
该建筑为中危险级建筑,采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统,由湿式报警装置,闭式喷头和管道等组成,喷淋系统设计流量20L/s,火灾延续时间1h,自喷立管管径为DN150。自喷系统设三组报警系统,在屋顶水箱处设有增压稳压设备,火灾发生初10min灭火用水由屋顶水箱提供。

Abstract
The design for the drainage design Violet Business Hotel. Pool pump house reinforced concrete structures, pumping stations placed in the basement.
Indoor and outdoor drainage confluence manner using waste and sewage, waste and sewage confluence use outdoor drainage system, after checking into the well, the septic tank and then discharged into the municipal sewer. Toilet establishment tube form, using special ventilation riser. Basement drainage ditches pooled by row to the sump, the submersible sewage pump discharge to upgrade manholes. The building is the drain, half choose Gravity pressurized flow systems, rain water bucket after the roof rainwater is collected by the exhaust pipe to manholes and then discharged into the municipal sewer.
The two types of building high-rise hotels, high-rise buildings for fire protection in accordance hydrants should be arranged in a clear, easy to use and was often out of place, outdoor fire hydrant water 20L / s, fire hydrant water 20L / s, fire duration 2h , fire standpipe diameter is DN100. In the attic is located two test hydrant, fire hydrant box each have a remote start the fire pump buttons. Wherein the roof 10min fire water tank should be stored.
The building is the dangerous level building, wet automatic sprinkler system, the wet alarm system, closed nozzle and pipe and other components, sprinkler system design flow 20L / s, fire duration 1h, flowing riser pipe diameter DN150. Since the spray system set up three groups of alarm system, water tank on the roof with a booster regulator device at the beginning of the fire extinguishing 10min water provided by rooftop water tanks.

1、工程概况
本工程为紫罗兰商旅宾馆给排水设计,该宾馆为二类高层建筑,总建筑面积约1300平米,建筑层数:地下一层为泵房,配电房;一层为大堂,售票厅,车库;二层为厨房,餐厅;三层KTV娱乐设施;四~十二层为宾馆;十三层为会议室,本建筑高度为50米。
(1)给水水源
     本建筑从西侧的五一路市政管网取水,供水水压为0.28MPa,另外室外消防给水可通过市政管网直接提供。
(2)排水条件
建筑采用合流排水体制,污水经化粪池处理后排至市政排水管
  1.1给水方案
  1.1方案选择
方案一:屋顶高位水箱供水。
供水系统主要由贮水池、加压水泵、高位水箱和配水管网组成。高位水箱在水泵的供给下,自上而下进行供水。
优点:系统简单、水泵水量少、设备费用少、设备占地面积小、管理维修方便;出水稳定,供水安全可靠。
缺点:由于本建筑的用水均需要提升至屋顶最高层,水箱容积大,对建筑结果和抗震不利;水箱存在二次污染。
方案二:通过变频泵直接在泵房供水。
一层到五层由市政管网供水,六层至十三层为高区以及屋顶消防水箱采用变频水泵供水。
由于方案一的高位水箱供水,该建筑用水需提升至屋顶,水箱容积大,对建筑屋顶承受力及抗震能力不利,而且利用水箱自上而下供水存在二次污染。方案二直接采用水泵供水,避免了二次污染,并且供水稳定。水泵直接供水投资少,后期维护费也相对较少。
综上所述,选用方案二。
