摘 要
近年来，随着科学技术的不断发展，计算机技术在生活和工作中应用的领域已经大大提高，一些人工的工作效率已经不能满足现在工作的需要。就像高校中博士管理部门的工作负担也比以往要重得多，光凭人工进行博士生的成绩录入和查询等已不能满足现代教学的需要,在各大高校博士生信息是高校的一项重要的数据资源，其管理也是高校一项常规的工作[1]。在传统的博士管理中，各种管理工作往往是很复杂烦琐的。博士管理的特点是信息处理量比较大，所管理的种类比较繁多，查询和统计的方式不尽相同。在管理过程中经常会出现信息的重复传递、易出错等。所以根据这种实际情况我们将开发出一套适用于博士管理的系统，来提高博士管理的效率，方便快捷的做好工作。为博士信息管理人员提供方便条件。
本系统的主要功能是对高校的博士进行管理。博士管理是高校教务部门一项重要而繁杂的工作,它不仅数据多、处理量大、而且时间要求紧，牵涉到博士基本情况、学习成绩、任课导师、课程情况、专业情况等，因此，要求本系统能够将现有的手工作业全部电脑化，能够应用到实际应用中。系统开发的总体任务就是要实现博士信息关系的系统化、规范化，自动化，实现查询的迅速性。
本文博士管理系统主要采用基于 B／S体系结构（即浏览器/服务器结构），结合JAVA技术来开发的数据库管理信息系统的开发计划，及对系统架构、操作流程、系统的功能、数据的结构等方面的整体设计。设计出的系统包括后端数据库模块、用户登录模块，信息管理模块，博士管理模块四部分组成，实现了不同权限用户可进行的不同操作。博士可以修改自己信息或查询自己成绩，导师可以对自己的信息进行实时更新并且录入或查询博士成绩，管理员可以进行对博士、导师、班级资料及全校博士成绩的管理。系统投入使用后，能有效的实现学院博士管理的信息化，解决了传统的博士管理中存在的问题，提高了学校博士管理的工作效率。

本系统是一个独立的系统，用来解决考试分数查询等的管理问题。采用JSP技术构建了一个有效而且实用的博士管理系统平台，目的是为高效地完成对博士的管理工作。
1)用户管理模块
该模块主要负责管理系统的用户信息，包括用户名、用户密码。
2)班级管理模块
该模块主要负责管理学校的所有班级，包括浏览班级、班级添加、班级查询等功能，还可以设置和查询各班级的开课信息。
3)课程管理模块
该模块主要负责管理课程信息，还可以课程的所属导师。
4)分数查询管理模块
该模块主要负责管理博士的分数查询信息，包括分数查询浏览、分数查询删除。其中分数查询浏览处，可按班级、学号浏览。此外，对分数查询要有统计功能。
5)博士管理模块
该模块主要负责管理博士的个人信息（姓名、学号、性别、出生年月、入学日期、所属班级等），包括浏览博士信息、博士信息添加以及博士信息查询（按学号查询）等功能。
6)导师管理模块
该模块主要负责管理导师的个人信息，如用户名、密码、姓名、性别、身份证号、执教日期、工龄，即可完成对导师的添加。
