学府华庭社区交流系统作为现实社区在网上的缩影不仅为本社区居民提供了一个互相交流，互相了解的平台，让居民能够足不出户就获得自己身边的，自己最关心的信息；更好的利用社区资源；更好的认识自己平时忙于工作而忽视的邻里。而且在网上建立了自己的虚拟平台，利用Internet在整个世界的强大网络效应，向全世界介绍自己的社区，将自己那美好的社区生活与其他人分享，这样既加强了社区中的凝聚力也更好的向世界展现了自己，达到线上与线下的双赢。
本文介绍了一个针对大型城市社区的网上社区的开发。采用JAVA开发语言，基于Struts和Hibernate框架实现了对社区交流信息的管理。使用了功能强大的Myeclipse这个集成开发工具，同时使用了MySQL数据库和Tomcat作为Web运行的服务器。

ABSTRACT
As a epitome of the real community on the internet, management system of XueFuHuaTing community not only provide a terrace which the resident can understand, communicate with each other and get the information around they most care about without going out; can make use of the community source better; can realize that they are so busy with their work that they ignore their neighbors. But also construct virtual terrace of their own on the internet. They introduce their own community and share their beautiful community life with others by use of the powerful internet effect. This not only strengthen the cohesion of the community, but also show themselves to the world They get win-win.
This text introduces the development which aim to the virtual community of big scale city community. Combined the Struts and Hibernate framework with JAVA development language , the implemented system successfully realize the management of exchange materials in the community, with the help of a powerful integrated development tool Myeclipse, MySQL database management software and Tomcat, which serves as a Web server.

本系统大体可以分成9个模块。
新闻模块：社区户主可以通过不同的新闻分类、不同的新闻名字浏览各种网站内的新闻。
资源共享模块：社区户主可以通过选择相应的资源名来下载网站上的资源。
社员博客模块：社区户主可以注册自己的BLOG，并在自己的博客中进行日志以及相册的管理，并能浏览其他户主的BLOG.。
后台登录：系统管理员（或小区物业人员）通过输入用户名与密码登陆网站后台页面进行相应的操作。
新闻管理模块：系统管理员可以查看新闻的种类和信息，也可以增加，修改和删除新闻。
资源管理模块：系统管理员可以查看资源的信息，也可以完成资源的上传，修改和删除。
博客管理模块：系统管理员可以查看用户BLOG的信息，并对非法的BLOG进行修改与查封。
用户管理模块：系统管理员（或小区物业人员）可以查看用户的信息，并可以增加，修改和删除用户。
房源管理模块：社区物业人员可以查看社区内所有房源的信息，并可以增加，修改和删除房源。
