摘  要
本文详细介绍了本系统设计的基本方法、系统的需求分析、系统的架构设计和系统实现部分，以及对系统中用到的技术进行相关的介绍，对具体的模块进行相应的思路分析，并在重要部分提供相关代码进行阐释。
本系统设计的是大学生综合测评系统，主要包括学生用户和管理员用户两个大模块。采用的是B/S体系结构，开发具有图形用户友好界面应用软件。各个独立的模块统一在同一个管理系统中同时各个模块又具有高度的独立性，充分保证了系统的安全性。用MYSQL作为后台数据库，利用ADO进行数据库的操作，并借助于JSP建立基于Internet/Intranet的Web数据库应用。主要用Java进行编写、运用JSP实现系统中各个功能模块，实现程序—数据库—网站技术三者之间的应用。

ABSTRACT
This paper introduced the system of the basic method and the design of requirement analysis, and design the system architecture to realize part of the technology used in the system, and discusses some concrete modules are analyzed, The same time corresponding thinking on important part to explain the relevant code.
This system design is the college students' comprehensive measuring and testing system, mainly including student users and administrators user two big modules. Using B/S structure, develop with graphical user friendly interface application software. Each independent module unified in the same management system of modules of highly independence, fully guarantee the safety of the system. Making MYSQL to backend database, using ADO to operate the Internet and Intranet Web which database application based on JSP . Mainly used for writing, using JSP and Java modules to realize system, to realize the program - database – website of the three technology application.

本课题研究目标与内容
本课题主要研究学生工作管理系统中的大学生素质教育（大学生综合测评）信息管理模块，应用B/S模式、关系数据库结构等技术，开发具体分为以下几个步骤：数据库设计,模块概要设计，模块详细设计，数据导入与维护，数据查询.
本系统应该具体完成：
1) 大学生综合测评系统的总体设计、功能分析、模块间的关系分析、该模块与数据库表之间的关系分析、模块源程序文件名及其实现的功能描述、及模块流程图描述.
2)系统数据库结构设计、各表结构的设计、表际关系的描述。
3)系统要求，系统权限控制描述.
1. 研究目标:
1）将素质教育纳入大学生的考核范围，制定综合素质考核标准，按标准评定学生综合测评成绩。
2）实现数据库的最大性能优化，最大限度的满足师生员工对学生信息的查询.
3）建立所有用户的数据库，方便管理员对用户进行有效管理.
2. 主要特色：
本系统采用Browse/Server(简称B/S)结构.比起采用Client/Server(简称C/S)结构的统，采用该结构的系统优势在于：(1)无须安装客户端软件，维护和升级方便；(2)可跨平台操作，任何一台机器只要装有WWW浏览器软件就可访问本系统，极大的方便了师生；(3)具有良好的开放性和可扩充性；(4)可采用防火墙技术来保证系统的安全。
