摘要
本文借助电磁仿真软件HFSS以及射频电路仿真软件ADS设计能量收集系统的两个关键部分——接收天线和整流电路。其中天线设计两款,一是矩形贴片天线,另外是微带天线阵。整流电路采用的是倍压整流,并且输入整流电路前设计了一个匹配环节,采用双枝节匹配电路进行接收天线和整流电路之间的阻抗匹配。
论文中使用HFSS软件对矩形贴片天线以及微带天线阵进行了建模仿真,并且采用FR4材料将天线阵加工出来,经网络分析仪测试回波损耗为-10.8dB;利用ADS进行倍压整流电路仿真,并且设计好匹配网络。实物加工制作出来后,整体整流电路的回波损耗通过网络分析仪测试后为-33dB,通过对整流电路输入不同大小的能量,测试整流电路性能,绘制出发现输入能量较低时效率高些,将接收天线和整流电路放在一起测试,测量收集效果,并且与高增益定向天线做比较,可以看出高增益定向天线收集效果好于设计的天线阵,其收集到的能量足以点亮led,实测结果表明该装置完全可以收集空间的电磁能量加以应用。

Abstract
With the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS and the radio frequency circuit simulation software ADS, the paper designs two key parts of the energy collection system the receiving antenna and the rectifier circuit. Among them, there are two types of antenna design, one is rectangular patch antenna, and the other is microstrip antenna array. The rectifier circuit using the voltage doubler rectifier circuit, and the input before the design of a matching link, double stub matching circuit between the receiving antenna and the impedance matching circuit of rectifier.
In this paper, the HFSS software is used to simulate the rectangular patch antenna and the microstrip antenna array, and the antenna array is processed by FR4 material. The return loss is -10.8dB by the network analyzer. Circuit simulation, and designed to match the network. After the physical processing is made, the return loss of the whole rectifier circuit is -33dB after the test by the network analyzer. By inputting different sizes of energy to the rectifier circuit, the performance of the rectifier circuit is tested and it is found that the input energy is low, The receiving antenna and the rectifier circuit together to test, measure the collection effect, and compared with the high gain directional antenna, we can see that the high gain directional antenna collection effect is better than the design of the antenna array, the collected energy enough to light led, The measured results show that the device can collect the electromagnetic energy of space to be applied.
