摘要
诊脉是我国传统医学的精髓,它在中国有着悠久的临床实践历史。但中医所采用的诊治病情的手段受人为及多方面影响因素较大,诊断结果不够精确。然而,在医疗科技飞速发展的今天,诊断病情的方法已不再局限于人工操作,众所周知,血液是一种高度的不透明液体而且光线在身体其他组织中的穿透性要比其在血液中的穿透性大几十倍,我们就是利用这个特点,使用特定的传感器来对光信号进行测量,再进行转换从而得到脉搏信号。本课题研究的内容就是根据动态光谱脉搏血养测量的原理,设计出了一套数字化的检测系统。由于该系统采用芯片设计,所以大大提高了测量结果的稳定性和精确性。
本系统采用单片机STC12C5A60S2为主控芯片,结合双波长时分血氧检测技术,提高了分辨率和信噪比,简化了硬件电路。并且使用了数字滤波和解调的信号处理方法,这样使得双路信号分离。并在相应软件的帮助下,最终完成脉搏和血氧饱和度的测量与计算。

Abstract
 The pulse is the essence of traditional chinese medicine, it has a long history in clinical practice Chinese. However, the diagnosis and treatment of the disease in TCM is affected by the human and many factors, the diagnosis is not accurate enough. However, in the rapid development of medical science and technology today, diagnosis method is no longer limited to manual operation, as is known to all, the blood is a highly opaque liquids and light in other tissues in the body penetrating to than in the blood of the penetration of dozens of times, I is the use of this feature, use specific sensor to measure the optical signal, then convert to pulse signal can be achieved. The content of this research is based on the principle of the dynamic spectrum pulse blood measurement, and designs a set of digital detection system. Because the system uses chip design, it greatly improves the stability and accuracy of the results of measurement
This system adopts single chip microcomputer STC12C5A60S2 as the chip, and combines the double wavelength oxygen detection technology, improves the resolution and SNR, and simplifies the hardware circuit. And the signal processing method of digital filter and demodulation is used, which makes the signal separation. And with the help of the corresponding software, the final pulse and oxygen saturation of the measurement and calculation.
