摘 要
温度作为工业控制中的一个很重要的参数,是系统需要测量、控制和保持的。实时采集温度的信息,及时发现那些潜在问题,并做出相应的处理措施,对保持系统良好运行状态具有非常深远的意义。单片机具有占有空间小、消耗能量低、功效明显、性价比高等好处,将单片机用于温度控制和检测系统中,这样就可以大明显提高控制质量和自动化水平,拥有非常好的经济效益和普及价值。
本设计介绍了一种利用单片机AT89S51组成的高精度温度控制系统,从硬件和软件两方面介绍了单片机温度控制系统的设计思路,并且阐述了系统的工作原理、设计及实现。由PT100温度传感器测量当前的温度,并将结果送入单片机。然后通过AT89S51单片机对送来的温度进行计算和转换,并将此结果送入液晶显示模块。最后,由1602液晶显示器将温度显示出来。它可以实时的显示和设定温度,实现对温度的自动控制,当温度值超出上、下限时自动报警,实现了系统结构简单、性能可靠、控制精度高的要求。同时系统具有扩展性好,分辨率高,测量范围宽,抗干扰性强等特点。

Design of temperature detection system based on single chip microcomputer
Abstract
Temperature as an important parameter in industrial control, is the need to measure, control and maintain the system. Temperature real time acquisition of information, timely find out the potential problems, and makes the corresponding processing measure, the system a good running state has far-reaching significance. SCM has small occupied space, low energy consumption, efficacy significantly, and higher cost performance advantages, the single chip microcomputer used in temperature control and detection system, so that you can significantly improve the quality of control and automation level, have very good economic benefits and popularization value.
This paper introduces a design using high precision temperature control system composed of single-chip AT89S51, from two aspects of hardware and software, introduces the single chip microcomputer temperature control system design idea, and expounds the working principle, design and realization of the system. Consists of PT100 temperature sensor to measure the current temperature, and the results sent to MCU. Then through AT89S51 for calculation and transformation temperature from, and send the result to liquid crystal display module. Finally, by the 1602 LCD to display temperature. It can real-time display and set temperature, to achieve automatic control of temperature, when the temperature exceeds the upper and lower limit alarm automatically, realize the system has simple structure, reliable performance, high control accuracy requirements. And system has good extensibility, distinguish .
