论我国民事诉讼中的诚实信用原则

摘  要：诚实信用原则是中华民族一向重视的法律道德标准。诚实信用原则作为社会的道德信条，关系着一个国家，一个法律系统对人性的基本认识和基本态度。诚实信用原则在民法条款中是最重要的条款之一，随着司法制度的改革，诚实信用原则在民事诉讼中显示着不可忽视的作用。本文就我国民事诉讼中诚实信用原则的适用、引入诚实信用原则的必要性和可行性、违反诚实信用原则的具体表现形式、民事诉讼适用诚实信用原则有待改进的方面做了简单的阐述。

 On the Principle of Good Faith in Chinese Civil Procedure
Abstract: Principle of good faith in china is a great importance to legal and moral standards. Honesty and credit principle as social moral beliefs, relationship with a country, a legal system is a basic understanding of human nature, and its basic attitude. Honesty and credit principle in civil law clause is the most important of the terms, with the reform of the judicial system, honesty and credit principle in civil lawsuit shows the effect that cannot ignore. This article in our country's civil lawsuit of the principle of credibility, introducing the principle of good faith is the necessity and feasibility, with principles of violation of city did pretest-posttest forms, the current civil proceedings in the relevant credit reflect and civil litigation applicable honesty and credit principle to be improved paper made simple.
