摘    要
数字音乐的诞生，使得音乐的传播更加快捷和便利。随着互联网的快速发展和手机的迅速普及，让数字音乐有了更广阔的推广平台，随之而来，也产生了一些版权方面的问题。由于网络环境下的著作权保护有一定的复杂性，并且由于法律的制定滞后于网络的快速发展，如何更为有利地保护著作权人在数字时代的版权利益，正成为版权法学界、司法界探讨的热点问题。论文主要对我国数字音乐版权的维护进行了研究，论文主要分为四大部分：首先论述了数字音乐的概念；其次分析了我国数字音乐的发展现状；再次分析了我国数字音乐版权侵权的现状；最后提出了完善我国数字音乐版权维护的对策。

Abstract
Along with the birth of digital music, the spread of music became faster and more convenient. The rapid development of Internet and growing popularity of the mobile phones provide a broader platform to promote the digital music. At the same time, many problems emerge after. But in view of the fact that copyright protection under network environment has some difficulties and the law lags behind the rapid development of network how to protect the copyright owners` copyright benefit in the Digital Age advantageously, becomes a hot topic in the copyright law and judicature field. Thesis mainly studied the digital music copyright maintenance in our country, the thesis is divided into four part：Firstly it introduces the concept of digital music; Secondly it analysis the current situation of digital music in China; then the paper analyzes the current situation of China's digital music copyright infringement; Finally it puts forward some countermeasures to perfecting our country's digital music copyright maintenance.
