百年大计，教育为本，教育的根本任务是立德树人。核心素养的提出，体现了以人为本，尤其是以学生核心素养发展为本的教育改革思想，深入地考虑到教育要“培养什么样的人”、“如何培养人”的根本问题。高中思想政治课作为一门德育课，是学校进行德育工作的主渠道与主阵地，也是落实“立德树人”根本任务的主要途径。本文基于学科核心素养的高中思想政治课教学策略为研究主题，旨在探究出基于学科核心素养的高中思想政治课教学策略。在探究中，针对目前高中思想政治课学科核心素养教学中存在的主要问题，提出具有针对性、实效性、创新性的教学策略。进一步提升高中思想政治课的教学魅力，达成学科的育人价值目标，实现对学生政治认同、科学精神、法治意识、公共参与的学科核心素养能力的培育。
本文主要按照以下的结构与内容进行展开：绪论部分为研究的背景、目的及意义。第一章为重要概念概述，包括核心素养与学科核心素养、思想政治学科核心素养、教学策略等核心概念的阐述。第二章基于学科核心素养探究高中思想政治课教学策略的重要意义。第三章核心素养培育视域下高中思想政治课教学策略存在的主要问题及成因分析，分别从教师、学生、教学内容与教学环境等教学的基本要素进行主要问题及成因的分析。第四章基于学科核心素养提升高中思想政治课教学策略的基本原则，包括导向性、针对性、相融性、人本性与创新性的基本原则。第五章基于学科核心素养的高中思想政治课教学策略探析，包括聚焦学科核心素养，全面加强教师培养培训、培育与引导学生提升学科核心素养能力、建设与学科核心素养培育相适应的课程资源、扎实开展教学研究和交流、立足课堂教学，落实学科核心素养、加强教学建设，营造优良环境。以此形成一个全方位、立体化、科学化与规范化的高中思想政治课的教学策略。

Abstract
A matter of education as a fundamental task of education is moral education. The presentation of core literacy reflects people-oriented, especially the educational reform thought based on the development of students' core literacy, and deeply considers the fundamental issue of education to cultivate "what kind of people" and "how to cultivate people". High school ideological and political education as a moral education course, is the main channel of school moral education and the main position, but also the main way to implement the fundamental task of morality education ". Based on the core literacy of disciplines, the teaching strategy of high school ideological and political education is the theme of this study, aiming at exploring the teaching strategies of high school ideological and political course based on the core literacy of disciplines. Aiming at the main problems existing in the core literacy teaching of high school ideological and political subject, this paper puts forward targeted, effective and innovative teaching strategies. This article is mainly carried out in accordance with the following structure and content: the introduction part is the background, purpose and significance of the study.
