资源枯竭型城市产业转型过程中政府的行为-以铜仁市万山区为例(论文11000字)
摘要：资源枯竭型城市面临着失业人口增加、地方财政困难、产业结构失衡、生态环境破坏严重等问题。在资源枯竭型城市发展及转型过程，特别是产业转型过程中，政府的角色尤为重要。本文以贵州省铜仁市万山区为研究对象，采用文献法与调查法相结合的研究方法，认真分析了国外典型资源枯竭型城市产业转型实践，并以铜仁市万山区为例，分析了该区现状及所面临的机遇；结合当地实际情况，对资源枯竭型城市产业转型中的政府行为提出更好的建议。从而进一步地为推进西部偏远地区的发展特别是资源枯竭型城市的发展、建设与转型提供参考。

Government behavior in the process of industrial transformation of resource exhausted cities—A CaseStudy Of WanShan County In  TonRen

Abstract：The resource exhausted cities are faced with the problems of increasing unemployment, local financial difficulties, unbalance of industrial structure and serious damage to the ecological environment. In the process of development and transformation of resource exhausted cities, especially in the process of industrial transformation, the role of the government is particularly important. The Wanshan District of Tongren city in Guizhou Province as the research object, adopting the research method of literature and investigation method, a careful analysis of the typical practice of the transformation of resource exhausted city industry abroad, and in the Wanshan District of Tongren city as an example, analyzes the present situation and facing opportunities; according to the actual circumstance, put forward the better the suggestions for the government behavior of resource exhausted city in industrial transformation. So as to further promote the development, construction and transformation of the remote areas in the west, especially the resource exhausted cities.
