职场新人角色压力对工作投入关系的影响研究(论文8500字)
摘要
随着经济的飞速发展,当今社会竞争非常激烈,特别是刚走出校门参加工作的人来说,他们也会感到非常大的压力。比如初入职场的新人面临着巨大的工作压力,这也是角色压力的一个重要来源。角色压力的本质其实就是自身能力与工作内容不能够完全的匹配,换句话说就是自身的工作能力不能够达到工作的要求。角色压力会给人的身体乃至心理上都会带来比较严重的影响,进而也让初入职场的新人不能够很专心的去工作,也就是会导致职场新人对于工作的投入度不大。在工作中有着较为高的专注度,能够较好的投入到工作中去,按理来说应该是一种积极健康的体验,并且也让高能量水平以及强烈的认同感在工作中得到了体现。每一位员工都能专注的投入到自己的工作上去,那么是能够让组织员工获得更好的凝聚力,对一个企业、一个组织的发展都是有着很重要的影响。所以让初入职场的新人能够更好的管理因工作压力过大而产生的角色压力,是非常有必要的。本文通过对职场新人角色压力和工作投入的现状以及关系进行研究,来找到预防管理职场新人角色压力的方法,从而让职场新人能够更好的投入到工作当中去。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy, today's society is very competitive, especially those who have just come out of school to work, they will feel very much pressure. For example, newcomers to the workplace are faced with enormous work pressure, which is also an important source of role pressure. The nature of the role of pressure is in fact their ability and work content can not be completely matched, in other words is their ability to work can not meet the requirements of the work. The role of the pressure will give the body and even psychological will bring more serious impact, and then let the newcomers into the workplace can not be very attentive to work, that is, will lead to new workplace for the work of the investment is not. In the work has a relatively high degree of focus, can be better put into the work to, according to reason should be a positive and healthy experience, and also to high energy levels and a strong sense of identity in the work has been reflected. Every employee can focus on their own work up, then it is to enable employees to get better cohesion, an enterprise, an organization's development is a very important impact. So it is very necessary to allow newcomers to enter the workplace to better manage the role of stress due to excessive work pressure. In this paper, through the workplace of the new role of the pressure and work of the status quo and the relationship between the study, to find a new way to prevent the management of the role of new workplace pressure, so that the new workplace can be better into the work to go.
