航利集团行政管理人员绩效管理研究(论文18000字)
摘  要
建国以来,国有企业不断进行改革,才保证了国有企业在国家经济中的主体地位,才促进了国有企业健康稳定快速发展。行政管理部门是国有企业的重要部门,具有统筹、决策、协调、领导和后勤的作用,是贯穿国有企业各部门的枢纽。要想提国有企业的发展速度,就要先从行政部门的工作效率上抓起。但是我国国有企业行政部门因为处理事务多、工作临时性强、事务比较细比较繁琐,所以难以用以工作量为标志的绩效管理制度进行衡量,国有企业行政部门的绩效管理成为突破企业发展瓶颈的突破点。
本文以我国国有企业——航利集团行政管理中的人员绩效管理为研究对象,通过查阅大量航利集团行政部门绩效相关的资料文献,归纳总结了航利集团行政管理部门在绩效管理方面的现状和问题,并针对这些问题进行详细的原因分析,并提出针对性的建议和意见。本文一共四部分,第一章是绪论。主要研究研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法与内容;第二章为航利集团行政管理人员绩效管理现状分析,归纳总结出现行制度下的绩效管理问题,并分析产生问题的原因;第三章是提高航利集团行政管理人员绩效管理水平的建议,主要从绩效管理观念、企业文化建设、行政管理人员素质和建立PDCA绩效管理机制四个方面进行建议。第四章是本文的结论,分析总结全文,分析论文中的不足。

ABSTRACT
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the state-owned enterprises continued to carry out reforms to ensure that the state-owned enterprises' main position in the national economy promoted the healthy, stable and rapid development of state-owned enterprises. The administrative management department is an important department of state-owned enterprises. It has the functions of coordination, decision-making, coordination, leadership, and logistics. It is a hub that runs through all departments of state-owned enterprises. If we want to mention the speed of development of state-owned enterprises, we must start with the work efficiency of the administrative departments. However, due to the fact that the administrative departments of state-owned enterprises in China have many problems in processing affairs, temporary work, and relatively complicated affairs, it is difficult to measure performance management systems marked by workload. The performance management of state-owned enterprises’ administrative departments has become a bottleneck for the development of enterprises. breaking point.This paper takes the performance management of the state-owned enterprise—Hangli Group’s administrative management as the research object. After reviewing a large number of information documents related to the performance of the Hanguli Group’s administrative departments, it summarizes the status quo of performance management of Hangli Group’s administrative departments. And questions, and conduct detailed analysis of the reasons for these issues, and put forward specific suggestions and opinions. This article consists of four parts. The second chapter is to analyze the status quo of performance management of administrative management personnel of Hangli Group, sum up the performance management problems under the line system, and analyze the causes of the problems The third chapter is to improve the performance management level of HangLi Group's executive management personnel, mainly from the perspective of performance management concepts, corporate culture construction, the quality of administrative personnel and the establishment of PDCA performance management mechanisms to make recommendations in four aspects. The fourth chapter is the conclusion of this article, analyzes and summarizes the full text, analyzes the deficiencies in the paper.
