中小型企业人才流失现状及对策研究(论文8700字)

随着社会经济的发展,中小企业在国民经济中的地位越来越重要。然而,由于多方面的原因,中小企业人才流失现象却相当严重,直接影响到了中小企业的健康发展。如何降低人才流失比率,留住人才是我国中小企业当前面对的最为棘手的问题之一,研究其对策也是非常有必要的。
本文选题背景与选题意义开始论述,具体介绍了现阶段我国中小企业人才流失的现状,第三部分以具体案例为例,分析了制约中小企业人才忠诚度管理的原因,最后有针对性的提出了相应的解决措施和建议。
本文按照文章内容分为四部分。
第一部分,介绍选题背景与选题意义。
第二部分,介绍中小企业人才忠诚度的概念及影响因素。
第三部分,以具体案例为例,分析影响企业人才流失、员工忠诚度的原因。
第四部分,有针对性的提出相应的解决措施和建议。

ABSTRACT
With the development of social economy, the status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the national economy more and more important. However, due to various reasons, small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain phenomenon is quite serious, directly affected the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises. How to reduce the brain drain rate, retain talent is the current our country small and medium-sized enterprises in the face of one of the most intractable problems, study its countermeasure is also very necessary.
This paper selected topic background and the selected topic significance start, this paper introduces the present situation of brain drain of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country at present stage, the third part with specific case as an example, analyzed the cause of loyalty management of small and medium-sized enterprises, the targeted put forward the corresponding solutions and Suggestions.
