互联网背景下制造业转型升级模式研究(任务书,开题报告,论文15000字)
摘要
近年来,信息技术快速发展,以互联网技术为主的新信息技术革命浪潮对我国制造企业带来强烈冲击。目前,我国的传统制造企业不仅缺乏培育自主品牌的意识,还缺乏科技创新能力,单一的产业结构已经落后世界的先进水平,而且我国传统制造企业能源能耗高、污染严重,再加上现在人力成本不断攀升,我国的制造业在全球范围来看竞争力在逐渐变弱。新的信息技术对制造业的生产方式带来了颠覆性改变,同时驱动着制造企业转型升级,产业的转型升级已经成为制造业发展的重点。本文对我国制造业的现状进行了剖析,提炼出了互联网背景下制造业转型升级所遇到的困难,对支撑产业转型升级的大数据、云计算、物联网等互联网技术做了分析,详细的阐述了各技术对产业转型升级的作用,针对互联网对制造业带来的影响,提出了制造业转型升级通用的模式,最后借海尔集团案例来分析企业该如何进行转型升级。由于不同学者对于制造业转型升级的研究侧重不同,所以对传统制造业的转型升级的研究有局限性,本文的创新之处在于借鉴了各个学者的经验,对现有制造企业转型升级的观点进行补充和完善,从技术支撑到商业营销模式的转型升级,本文都对其进行了详细的阐述,总结对于制造业常见的转型升级模式,对相关制造业提供理论指导。

Abstract
In recent years, the rapid development of information technology, Internet technology-based new wave of information technology revolution on China's manufacturing enterprises to bring a strong impact. At present, China's traditional manufacturing enterprises not only lack the awareness of cultivating independent brands, but also the lack of scientific and technological innovation capability, a single industrial structure has lagged behind the advanced level of the world, and China's traditional manufacturing enterprises energy consumption is high, serious pollution, coupled with human Rising costs, China's manufacturing industry in the global perspective of the competitiveness of gradually weakened. New information technology on the manufacturing industry has brought disruptive changes in production, while driving the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises, industrial transformation and upgrading has become the focus of the development of manufacturing. This paper analyzes the current situation of China's manufacturing industry and abstracts the difficulties encountered in the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry under the background of the Internet. It analyzes the Internet technologies such as large data, cloud computing and Internet of things that support the transformation and upgrading of the industry. This paper expounds the effect of technology on industrial transformation and upgrading, and puts forward the common mode of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in view of the influence of Internet on manufacturing industry. Finally, it analyzes the enterprise how to carry out transformation and upgrading. Because of the different scholars' research on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, the research on the transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry is limited. The innovation of this paper is to draw on the experience of each scholar and make the view of the transformation and upgrading of the existing manufacturing enterprises Supplement and improve, from the technical support to the commercial marketing model of the transformation and upgrading, this article has carried out a detailed description of it, summed up the common transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing model, the relevant manufacturing industry to provide theoretical guidance.
