【摘要】在竞争如此激烈的市场中，任何事物的都是有正反两面性的，那相同的是，会计工作是能为企业的发展提供一定的动力的，但在对会计工作进行开展的过程中，还是会迎来很多的风险。我们一定要全面去了解企业财务管理存在的风险问题，还有是如何去控制，深入的去了解企业财务管理风险及其控制。根据防范措施来改进企业财务管理风险存在的问题，并且发挥风险控制，从而提出完善企业财务管理以及控制的多方面可行性建议。
