Abstract
As the vehicle speed becomes faster and people constantly improve vehicle safety requirements, brake systems become increasingly important. The drum brake as a friction brake is currently the most used in the economy car, and still there are many problems. Therefore improving its organization problems that it can stable and efficient operation of research on the development of the automotive industry is of great significance.
Research on this subject is based on the actual product, and theoretical design requirements for an economy car rear drum brake structure selection, checking choose design and calculation of the main parameters of the structure, part of calculation. In the design calculation process by access to large amounts of information and links to the actual situation constantly changes, optimization, and strive to make the brake with the target vehicle designed more matches.

摘 要
随着轿车速度的不断变快和人们对轿车安全性要求的提高,轿车制动系统显得越来越重要。而鼓式刹车装置作为目前在经济型轿车中使用的最多的一种摩擦刹车装置,却还存在着许多问题。因此改进它机构中存在的问题,使其能够稳定、高效运行的研究对整个轿车行业的发展来说意义重大。
本论文是以实际产品为基础,并结合理论设计的要求,对桑塔纳轿车的制动系统进行结构形式的选择、主要参数的计算、零件的选择设计和结构的校核计算等。在设计计算过程中通过查阅大量资料并联系实际情况不断进行修改、优化,力求使所设计的刹车装置与目标车辆更加的相匹配。
