摘要
从汽车诞生时起,车辆制动系统在车辆的安全方面就扮演着至关重要的角色。近年来,随着车辆技术的进步和汽车行驶速度的提高,这种重要性表现得越来越明显。改进汽车制动性能的研究已成为当前研究的热点。鼓式制动器它造价便宜,而且符合传统设计,并且易于与紧急制动系统结合。在论文研究中,进行了汽车鼓式制动器总成装配检测台的三维设计,并且进行了运动学仿真,以及了三维模型的二维工程图的设计与绘制。通过对装配检测台的运动学仿真, 可在物理样机制造之前方便地预测总成装配检测台的工作过程, 修改其关键部件的关键尺寸, 降低关键部件运动的不确定性, 从而使汽车制动器总成装配检测台的夹紧定位可靠, 完全满足汽车制动器总成装配工艺要求。
通过本次的毕业设计,较系统地巩固本专业必须的技术基础理论,熟悉本专业有关的专业知识,了解汽车设计理论的发展趋势,培养实际工程设计能力,掌握必备的制图、计算、调研、查阅文献等基本能力和基本工艺知识以及较强的计算机软件应用能力。

The research on improving the braking performance of the automobile has become the hot spot of the research.. Drum brakes it cheap, but also conforms to the traditional design, and easy to combine with emergency braking system. In the research, automotive drum brake assembly assembly test platform of 3D design, and carried on the kinematics simulation, and the design of 3D model of 2D engineering drawings and drawing. Through the kinematics simulation of assembly and testing station, before physical prototype manufacturing conveniently predict assembly assembly test bench work process, modify the key dimensions of the key parts of the, reduce movement of key components of uncertainty, so that the automobile brake assembly assembly testing station locating and clamping reliable, fully meet the automotive brake assembly assembly process requirements.
