摘要
近年来,我国发展速度很快,汽车也融入大众的生活。汽车数量的上升,引起一些问题,产生的噪声对人们的生活有影响,降噪成为汽车设计者的重要课题之一。世界各国都颁布了一系列的法规来对汽车的噪声进行控制,对汽车制造的技术提出了更高的要求。我国也紧跟国际脚步,出台了很多的规定,如GB16170-1996《汽车定置噪声限值》等。
本文首先介绍了消声器的一些理论知识和汽车噪声的产生机理,并且对消声器的各项评价指标进行了较为详细的论述,比较各类消声器的优劣,为本文选择合适设计方案打下理论基础。
本文介绍了GT-power软件各个模块的基本功能,并且阐述了软件仿真的基本原理。通过选用的发动机的基本参数,计算出了消声器参数,由此建立消声器三维图。通过GT-power的部分功能来构建传递损失和插入损失相关模型,并把设计的消声器模型带入计算,把结果比较,选择好的方案。

Abstract
In recent years,our country develops very fast, people pursue higher quality of life, more and more cars havebeen coming intoour life.The reduction of Noise has became an important issue for car designers.All countries in the world to enact a series of laws and regulations to control the noise of the car.And our country which followed the international trend as well, has issued a series of laws and regulations,such as "GB16170-1996 automobile noise limit","the GB1495-2002 car sped outside noise limits and measurement methods”, etc.
This paper firstly introduced the muffler of some theoretical knowledge and the mechanism of automobile noise, and then discussed the evaluation’s indexes of exhaust silencer in detail, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of muffler, the design scheme in this paper, choosing appropriate to lay a theoretical basis.
This paper is introduce the basic function module of GT - power software, and expounds the basic principles of software simulation.The basic parameters of muffler is determined through the selection of basic parameters of the engine .The model of the muffler is built by the basic parameters of muffler.Transmission loss and insertion loss calculation model are established by GT - power software .Compared the pros and cons of each solution to determine the final plan..
