摘 要
科技在发展,时代在进步,汽车已经成为我们生活中不可代替的工具。商用车作为其中的一员,也在交通运输,长途运输人员物资等发面发挥着巨大的作用。随着高速的发展,人们在原本对商用车追求安全性和可靠性的基础上,进一步对其行驶的平顺性和驾驶舒适性有了更高的要求。
商用车悬置机构作为驾驶室与车架的连接结构,对商用车驾驶室的平顺性与舒适性有很大的影响。本次设计就是以东方天龙商用车为原型,以其驾驶室的结构与质量参数作为依据,设计了前悬置的基本结构(弹性元件为螺旋弹簧)。设计过程首先是对商用车悬置系统的结构,组成和各部件的功能进行了介绍,了解了设计的目的、方法与步骤;然后通过计算对悬置系统中螺旋弹簧与减振器的各种参数进行了选择与确定;接着运用CATIA三维建模软件对整个悬置系统的各个部件按照计算的数据进行三维建模过程,并对其进行了装配与调整;最后就是对整个设计进行总结、梳理与归纳,并完成了设计论文。

Abstract
Science and technology in the development of the times in progress, the car has become an alternative to our lives. Commercial vehicles as one of the members, also in transportation, long-distance transportation of personnel and supplies etc play a huge role. With the rapid development, people in the original on the pursuit of safety and reliability of commercial vehicles on the basis of further its driving comfort and driving comfort with higher requirements.
As the connecting structure of the cab and the frame, the commercial vehicle suspension mechanism has great influence on the ride comfort and comfort of the commercial vehicle cab. This design is based on the Oriental Dragon commercial vehicle as the prototype, with the structure and quality of the cab as the basis for the design of the front suspension of the basic structure (elastic components for the spiral spring). Process design is the first of commercial vehicle powertrain mounting system structure, composition and the components of the function were introduced, the understanding of the objective, method and steps of design; and then through the calculation of suspension system of helical spring and damper parameters are selected and determined; then use CATIA three-dimensional modeling software to the suspension set system components in accordance with the calculated data for 3D modeling process, and the assembly and adjustment; the last is the whole design were summary, combing and induction, and completed the design.
