Abstract
In this paper, a set of test machines suitable for the fatigue life test of synchronous belt is designed by means of the force flow sealing principle of the fatigue life test machine of the transmission belt. First, the loading principle of the mechanical closed test machine is analyzed, the design of the loading device is expounded. Finally, the three-dimensional modeling of the test machine is carried out and the important parts are carried out. The results of calculation verify that the results meet the design requirements and have certain reference significance for the development of China's test machines.
The characteristic of this paper is that the principle of mechanical closed loading is adopted. The energy saving effect of the electric closed type is greatly improved; the ingenious calculation of the universal coupling transmission device makes the test machine carry out the fatigue life experiment of a variety of specification synchronous belts without the need of frequent disassembly and loading system; the design of the half band wheel in the loading device makes it possible to use the slip difference of the transmission belt to change The system provides the required load.
