Abstract
Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) is a type of automatic transmission what combines the advantages of Automated Mechanical Transmission and Automatic Transmission. It also has thefunction of power shifting, reducing shift time and improving the shift quality. Besides, the maneuverability and comfort of vehicle will be improved a lot. The Dual Clutch Transmission has become a new direction in vehicle automatic transmission research fieldand it certainly has a infinity foreground of broad market. Thus, further study of DCT will be necessary for independent innovation.
The summary of structure features in this thesis is based on theworkingprinciple andstructuralcharacteristics of DCT.Transmission ratio design methods and selective principles of parameter for DCT with dual intermediate shafts are analyzed andthe basic design methods also are determined;Layout of dry DCT and structural characteristics are analyzedand the basic design methods are determined; According to the methods made above, the calculations and parameter selections of friction disk and diaphragm spring are been done; Finally draw the part and assembly drawings of DCT.
