内容摘要:本设计介绍了钢材扎线上棒材飞剪机及其夹送装置的发展情况、种类等。着重设计了飞剪机的夹送装置。设计主要根据加工原材要求主要设计夹送机的辊子、减速机构、传动机构、和机架及电机、联轴器等的选择。由于剪切前后夹送机结构类似,设计过程基本相同,因此只设计计算剪切前的夹送机。
棒材飞剪机是现代轧钢生产线上的咽喉设备,它负责钢材的切头切尾及定尺剪切。所以对飞剪机的设计研究具有十分重大的意义。本次设计由我们小组五个人共同完成一台飞剪机的设计。飞剪机的种类众多,根据加工要求选择合适的飞剪机类型十分重要,我们经过收集、学习有关飞剪机的资料进行分工合作,每人选择一个机构进行设计。我在本次设计中设计飞剪机的夹送装置。其主要功能是按照剪切的速度输送原料,功能的实现靠上下两夹送辊摩擦着棒材进行。

Abstract:This design introduces steel bar line bar flying shear machine and the development of the pinch device types. Focused on the design of the flying shear, pinch device. The design is mainly based on the raw material requirements of the main design folder to send the machine rollers, reducer, transmission agencies, and the rack and the motor, coupling, etc. choose. Since the shear before and after the folder is similar to the structure of the sending machine, the design process is basically the same, and therefore only designed to calculate the shear before pinch machine.
The bar flying shear machine is the throat of the modern steel rolling production line equipment, steel cutting head which is responsible for cutting the end and cut to length. Therefore, the design of the flying shear is of great significance. The design consists of five people in our group together to complete the design of a flying shear. Many types of flying shear, according to the processing requirements to choose the right type of flying shear is very important, after collection, to learn about flying shear information division of labor, and each person to choose a body design. In the design design flying shears pinch device. Its main function is to cut the speed of transportation of raw materials, function by the upper and lower clip rolls friction with the bar.
