设计的基本要求
该破碎机主要是用于对塑料的加工，对其具有以下要求:
①       对加工塑料的适应性广，能加工各种类型的塑料，对含水量较大、纤维较长的粗塑料也应具有较好的适应性。  
②  破碎程度应能够根据要求进行调整，破碎粒度应尽量均匀。
③  配套动力合理、度电产量高、提高生产率、降低能耗。
④  结构简单、操作方便、不需要较大的技术要求。
⑤  工作部件耐磨性好，减少更换次数，以降低生产成本，提高经济效益。
⑥  噪音低、粉尘少、以减少环境污染。
⑦  机型结构简单、尺寸紧凑、体积小、占地少、成本低、以适合广大工业的生产。

该机包括进料部分、切碎部分、破碎部分、排料部分、传动部分和机体六部分。该机结合现有生产设备，国内外先进技术，根据设计指导思想，确定本机结构采用无筛的形式，其结构和工作原理较其他通用型破碎机都大不相同，具有很大的创新性。
