摘  要
随着经济条件的发展,人们开始注重城镇景观生态系统,草坪是该系统的重要组成部分。它的面积及质量已成为衡量城镇园林绿化水平、环境质量、精神风貌和文化素质的标准之一。草坪不仅能消减噪音、保持水土、净化空气、美化环境、调节气温,还能提供运动和娱乐的场所,而且草坪绿化速度最快、应用最广、效果最好。然而维护草坪仅靠人力无法满足需求,为了弥补这些不足园林机械也应运而生,草坪施肥机解决了草坪施肥这一难题。
传统施肥方式:人工用手撒方式将肥料抛撒在土壤表面上然后再用只带有旋耕刀总成的单一功能的旋耕机进行整地作业,将肥料混合在土壤中。显然,上述作业方式不仅效率低下、劳动强度大,而且人工撒肥的均匀度很难控制,旋耕后土壤中含肥量不均匀,作业质量差。化肥表施,肥料挥发于空气中,随水流失,污染空气和水源。
针对传统施肥方式的不足和缺陷,研究了一款手推式草坪施肥机,具体设计内容如下:
1.    阐述了手推式草坪施肥机的重要意义,并提出了本论文的主要研究内容;
2.    在需求分析的基础上,提出手推式草坪施肥机的设计要求,提出总体设计方案;
3.    结合先进机械设计理论和一些相关知识对设备的机械系统进行研究并完成传动机构、行走机构、操纵机构、机架结构的设计。

Design of Hand-push Type Lawn Fertilizing Applicator
Abstract
With the development of economic conditions, people start to pay attention to the urban landscape ecological system, the lawn is an important part of the system. Its area and quality have become one of the criteria for evaluating the level of urban landscape, environmental quality, spiritual style and cultural qualit.Lawn can not only noise abatement, soil and water conservation, purify the air, beautify the environment, regulate the temperature, but also provide a venue for sports and entertainment, and lawn greening is the fastest, the most widely used, and the effect is the best.
Traditional fertilization methods: the way of artificial hand spread fertilizer is thrown in the single function of soil on the surface and then only with the rotary knife assembly of rotary cultivator and site preparation work, mixing the fertilizer in the soil. Obviously, the mode of operation not only inefficient, labor intensity is large, and artificial fertilizing uniformity is difficult to control, rotary tillage soil containing fertilizer is not uniform, poor quality of operation. Sprinkling fertilizer over the surface,fertilizer volatile in the air, with the loss of water, polluting air and water .
Aiming at the shortage and defects of the traditional fertilization, a hand-push type lawn fertilizer application is studied, and the design details are as follows:
1.    the importance of the hand-push type lawn fertilizer applicator is expounded, and the main research contents of this paper are also presented;
2.    on the basis of the analysis of the requirements, the design requirements of the hand-push type lawn fertilizer applicator are put forward, and the overall design scheme is put forward;
3.    the design of the mechanical system of the transmission mechanism, the walking mechanism, the operating mechanism and the frame structure is completed by combining the advanced mechanical design theory and some related knowledge.
