摘 要
近些年来,电子行业发展迅猛,手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、电视等众多电子产品成为了人们生活不可或缺的一部分,这也带来了液晶面板行业的繁荣和高速发展,液晶面板生产技术较复杂,且制程众多这也造成了生产中产生了大量的不良品,工厂设置重工区(RWK)对不良品进行重工,及时对不良品进行处理,避免流入后续制程造成其他材料的浪费,降低部件的报废率,降低工厂的生产成本,这也符合做高加值,可续性生产的公司理念。重工区很重要的一部分工作是对PCB进行功能测试,通过对PCB上相应点位的测试及点亮画面,检测PCB功能是否异常。但由于PCB上元件密度大、测试点位直径极小、数量大,人工手动用电表测试效率低准确性差,且无法实现Panel的点亮。设计制作一种高效准确的测试治具势在必行。本文将从箱体及载台结构设计、气缸翻转压紧装置结构设计、假压位置显示及调整装置结构设计、信号处理与输出装置设计、治具的组装与调试五个板块出发,介绍一种由气缸驱动,可对PCB与Panel间相对位置进行显示与调整的高效可靠的新型治具。解决重工区测试PCB时出现的各种问题,提升重工能力与效率。

Abstract
In recent years, the fast development of electronic industry, mobile phones, laptops, tablet computers, televisions, and many other electronic products become an indispensable part of people's life, it also brought prosperity and rapid development of LCD industry, LCD panel production technology is complex,and the process of it is also creating a lot of bad product, the production factory set Rework area (RWK) to reprocess the defective products, timely processing of bad products, avoid other waste materials into the follow-up process, reduce the scrap rate of parts, reduce the production costs of the factory, it also conforms to do high added value, sustainable production of the company philosophy.RWK area is an important part of the work is carried out on the PCB function test, through to the corresponding point on the PCB test and light images, detecting whether the PCB function abnormal.However, due to the large density of components on the PCB, the test point diameter is very small and large, manual manual meter test efficiency is low and poor accuracy, and can not achieve the Panel light.Design an effective and accurate test fixture is imperative. This paper will start from the five sections of box and stage structure design, cylinder flip compaction device structure design, fake pressure position display and adjustment device structure design, signal processing and output device design, fixture assembly and debugging,introduced a driven by the cylinder, the relative position between the PCB and the Panel can be adjusted to adjust the efficient and reliable new fixture.Solve the RWK area all kinds of problems when testing the PCB, improving the capacity and efficiencyof Rework area.
