摘 要
随着国家一带一路的开展,我国的基础基建工程开始了大力的发展,其中高速铁路属于工业行业的基础,高速铁路的主要作用是通过铁路将不同地方的人与物输送到需要的地方。高速铁路与普通铁路不同的是,可以极大的提高速度,缩短所需要的时间。本文的主要课题是对高速铁路铁轨的移动焊接机进行设计和计算。高速铁路铁轨的移动焊接机的工作装置包括动力系统、液压传动及控制系统、起升回转系统、焊机系统、运输系统、计算机控制系统和电气系统等组成部分。本课题主要针对焊轨车的主要零部件进行结构设计或选型,如起升装置、回转机构、焊机机头等的选型与设计,并使用AutoCAD对主要零部件进行二维图的绘制。

Abstract
With the development of the the Belt and Road, China's infrastructure projects have begun to develop vigorously. Among them, high-speed railway is the foundation of the industrial industry. The main role of high-speed railway is to transport people and goods from different places to places of need through the railway. Unlike ordinary railways, high-speed railways can greatly increase speed and shorten the required time. The main topic of this article is the design and calculation of a mobile welding machine for high-speed railway tracks. The working device of the mobile welding machine for high-speed railway tracks includes components such as power system, hydraulic transmission and control system, lifting and rotating system, welding machine system, transportation system, computer control system, and electrical system. This project mainly focuses on the structural design or selection of the main components of the welding rail car, such as the selection and design of lifting devices, rotating mechanisms, welding machine heads, etc., and uses AutoCAD to draw two-dimensional diagrams of the main components.
