摘  要
  本文利用二维制图软件AutoCAD对1200吨/小时桥式抓斗卸船机陆侧上下横梁进行设计绘制。计算校核各工况中整机在重力和风载荷作用下的轮压，并校核几种极限工况下整机的稳定性。随后，利用有限元分析软件Ansys以及手工简化计算对陆侧上下横梁进行强度刚度稳定性校核。
  经过验算校核，卸船机整机稳定性以及陆侧上下横梁的强度刚度稳定性满足要求。
关键词：整体稳定性；梁：强度；刚度；稳定性
 
Abstract
In this paper，two-dimensional drawing software AutoCAD is used for the design and drawing of upper and lower beam which are on the land side of 1200 tons / hour ship unloader .The wheel pressure of the whole machine under the action of gravity and wind load is caculated and checked in every work conditions. The stability of the whole machine is checked under several limit conditions. Subsequently, the finite element analysis software Ansys is used to calculate the strength,stiffness,stability of the upper and lower beams on the land side.
After checking, the stability of the ship unloader and the stability ,strength and stiffness of the upper and lower beams on the land side can meet the requirements.
