摘 要
枳壳为芸香科植物枸橘、酸橙、香圆或玳玳花等将近成熟的果实。植物形态像“枸橘”、“枳实”、“香橼”、“玳玳花”条。而本次毕业设计是关于枳壳自动切割机的设计,是一种中药饮片枳壳加工机械。该机结构紧凑,设计简单,易操作,主要由机架,传动机构,压料机构,传送机构,切割机构组成。其特征是将从料斗进入切割槽的枳壳进行剖半处理,然后将剖半的枳壳通过输送槽输送到出料口阴干、风干或微火烘干。这样就能以工业生产规模将枳壳自鲜果经剖半直接加工成半球状,工作效率高,成品质量高而稳定,使手工制作枳壳饮片的状况得到根本改观。加工料7~8月采收时直径为5~6厘米,烘干后直径为3~5cm,形状为球形,厚0.4~1.3cm。这就对机械加工提供了数据要求:
1.出料口大小在25厘米。
2.切割刀选用0.2~0.4厘米厚高硬度材料。
3. 该机的整体结构造型要求其长宽高不能大于1.2米。
在枳壳自动切割机的设计、制造以及应用方面,目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距,国内在设计制造枳壳自动切割机过程中存在着很多不足。本次枳壳自动切割机设计代表了设计的一般过程, 对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。

1.2.1 设计任务
根据设计的要求以及枳壳自动切割机价格的承受能力,设计一种结构简单、机型小、转向灵活、重量轻、价格低廉的枳壳自动切割机具已势在必行,并同时应该能满足其技术条件、经济效益、社会效益。
1.2.2 设计要求
1. 要求在完成论文期间,积极主动,查阅大量文献,独立创新,在指导教师的指导下,能独立拟定设计方案,提出方案的构思以及技术经济条件等方面的可行性认证报告;
2. 能训练应用已学过的理论知识,对机械原理、机械设计有较深入的理解和认识;
3. 能熟练掌握机械制图的方法和技巧,并运用计算机绘图、计算机辅助设计等,按国家标准正确地完成绘图工作,独立绘制装配图和零件图,图纸量不少于1.5张A0;
4. 独立完成毕业设计说明书,格式正确,要求字数不少于4000字;
5. 完成电子文档及PPT文档,并打印装订成册。
1.2.3 设计步骤
1. 课题准备阶段,收集材料,了解课题内容,初步确定解决方案;
2. 根据提供的计算参数和相关参考资料,确定枳壳自动切割机总体设计;
3. 根据计算出的外形尺寸,确定枳壳自动切割机其他机构的设计;
4. 撰写毕业论文及画出装配图和相关零件图;
5. 申报审核。
2 总体方案及工作原理
2.1 总体结构
该机主要由机架、传动机构、压料机构、传送机构、切割机构组成 。主要技术经济指标为:
电动机转速为960r/min,带轮的转速为600r/min。
整机外型尺寸:机架的长宽高不大于1.2米
