摘 要:主要介绍了以摩擦原理为基础的、适合食品加工工厂等场所使用的马铃薯去皮机的设计要点、工作原理和设备组成。不管任何形式的马铃薯加工,去皮都是一项重要的操作环节。因此,根据不同需求,开发了一系列的马铃薯去皮机。它们的性能也被不断的评估。马铃薯研磨去皮机的主要部件由去皮鼓和喷水管组成。去皮鼓安装在工作圆筒内表面的突起处,它主要靠旋转产生与马铃薯的摩擦力从而达到去皮的目地。而喷水管喷洒出水来冲洗去皮后的马铃薯,同时皮屑经过排渣管随水流一并流出工作圆筒。

DESIGN OF DEHULLER FOR POTATO
Abstract:It mainly introduces the design points, work principles and equipments constitution of potato skin-peeling-off machine which is based upon the rub principle and suitable for food processing factory etc. places. Skin peeling off is a very important operation link for any form of potato process. Therefore, a series of potato skin-peeling-off machines are developed according to different needs. Their functions are also continuously evaluated. The main parts of the potato grinding and skin-peeling-off machine are made up of a skin-peeling-off drum and spray pipe. Installing in the tuber surface of the working cylinder, the skin-peeling-off drum mainly depends on revolving which produces the friction with potatoes, then the skin being peeled off. After the spraying water washes the skin-peeled-off potatoes, the skin scraps are poured out of the working cylinder through the residue tube in the meantime.

工作原理
当去皮机工作时,工作转盘旋转,物料由斗形进料口加入,物料落到旋转圆盘表面上的波纹凸起上时,受离心力的作用由工作圆盘的中心向外运动,同时被抛起向筒壁的粗糙表面并产生摩擦。物料不断的沿工作圆筒壁运动,上升到顶盖,又被顶盖挡回落入工作盘表面。物料在这样的往复运动过程中,被猛烈翻滚搅动,从而形成了与盘、筒壁及颗粒之间的以翻转、揉搓摩擦为主,撞击为辅的综合机械作用效果,从而达到去皮的目的。在摩擦去皮的同时,从进水孔注入清水,及时将擦下的皮通过转盘与筒壁的缝隙冲至排渣口排出机体。在不停机的情况下,打开出料口的活门,物料利用离心力从出料口卸出。卸料前应停止注水,以防止活门打开后从出料口溅出。
