小型球磨机的结构设计及三维造型(论文说明书17000字,CAD图纸4张,三维图34张)
摘 要
小型球磨机是将物料进行破碎、研磨、加工的主要机械设备,在电子、建材、陶瓷、化工等行业广泛应用,对实现工业生产自动化、推动工业生产的进一步发展起着重要作用。文中叙述了小型球磨机的整个设计计算过程。
首先根据小型球磨机设计的主要参数,确定出了小型球磨机的设计形式为卧式行星式的。通过行星齿轮盘机构实现旋转运动,电动机带动行星轮公转,行星轮与静止的内齿轮的啮合实现磨料罐的自传运动。公转加自转的磨料罐将电机的能量传递到磨块上,实现对待加工材料的研磨。
接着对小型球磨机的各组成部件:磨料罐、罐体夹具、自传支架、主轴、箱体分别进行了设计。通过对各部件多种形式的选择比较,确定出了小型球磨机设计中要采用的形式,然后对其结构进行了全面而详尽的设计计算。
最后应用SolidWorks软件对小型球磨机进行三维实体造型并进行了运动仿真,将其基本的运动更具体直观的展现在人们面前。

THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF A SMALL BALL MILL
ABSTRACT
Small scale ball mill is the material for crushing, grinding and processing of major mechanical equipment, electronic, building materials, ceramics, chemical industry, widely used for automation of industrial production, and promote the further development of industrial production plays an important role. The paper describes the design of small ball of the calculation process.
First, a small ball mill according to the main design parameters, determined the design of small ball-like planets form horizontal. Achieved through the planetary gear set rotating bodies, motor drives the planetary gear revolution, and the rest of the internal planetary gear meshing gears can achieve abrasive campaign autobiography. Revolution rotation of the abrasive tank will increase the energy delivered to the mill motor block on the ground to achieve treatment of processing materials.
Then small ball of the constituent parts: abrasive tank, tank fixtures, autobiography bracket, spindle, box design respectively. By comparison of various parts of various forms of selection, identified a small ball mill design the form to be used, then its structure a comprehensive and detailed design calculations.
Finally the SolidWorks software for 3D solid modeling of small ball and make a motion simulation, the movement of their basic visual display more specific in front of people.
