摘要
探讨内镜下取出小儿上食道异物时的护理要点。方法：采用内镜下取异物术，注重术前准备、术中配合和术后观察。结果：本组26例小儿上消化道异物取出术中，全部配合较好，顺利取出异物，成功率达100%。结论：明确异物的性质和部位是治疗成功的前提，良好的心理护理、医护患紧密配合、细致的病情观察是顺利取出异物的保证。

Abstract
Objective to explore the nursing points of endoscopic removal of foreign body in children. Methods: the foreign body was removed by endoscopic surgery, preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperation and postoperative observation. Results: 26 cases of pediatric upper digestive tract foreign body removal surgery, all with good, smooth removal of foreign bodies, the success rate of 100%. Conclusion: the nature and location of foreign body is a prerequisite for the treatment of success, good psychological care, medical care, close cooperation, careful observation of the disease is the guarantee of smooth removal of foreign bodies.
