嘧菌环胺30%悬浮剂在稻田水中残留动态研究(8300字)

摘  要:嘧菌环胺具有保护、治疗、叶片穿透及根部内吸活性。主要用于防治灰霉病、白粉病、黑星病、网斑病、颖枯病以及小麦眼纹病等。但是大量、广泛、长期使用嘧菌环胺会对环境和人类造成较为严重的影响。本研究探索了一种适用于稻田水中嘧菌环胺残留的检测分析方法,即采用气相色谱—氮磷检测器对待测样品进行定性定量测定。同时对其在稻田水中的残留及消解动态进行了试验,为掌握嘧菌环胺在水稻田使用后的残留情况,为评价嘧菌环胺对环境的安全性和制定其在水稻中的安全、合理使用准则提供科学依据。

Residue Dynamic Research On 30% Cyprodinil Suspending Agent In Paddy Water
Abstract:Cyprodinil has protection, treatment, leaf and root activity within the suction penetration. Mainly used for controlling gray mold, mildew, scab, net blotch of wheat glume blight, and eye disease.However, extensive, long-term use of its will to the environment and human caused more serious influence. This study explores an applied to paddy field water its residue detection and analysis methods, namely by gas chromatography with nitrogen phosphorus detector to measure samples for qualitative and quantitative determination of. At the same time in rice field water residue and degradation dynamics of experiments were carried out, in order to grasp its in rice field after use of the residue, to evaluate its environmental safety and the development of its in rice in the safety, and provide the scientific basis for rational use of guidelines.
