Abstract
This building is a five-storey college students’activity center which is planned to be built in Nanjing forestry univeristy ,a building area of 5400 square meters. The Building has 5 floors, the height of bottom storey is 5.95m, the standard layers are 3.9m and the top storey is 3.9m. The total height of the building is 22.5m. The design selects the No. 4 axis transverse framework to do the loads and internal force calculation in order to find a group or several groups of internal forces for beam、 column and node design through the combination of internal forces. In addition, the design contains the calculations of independent foundations under columns and interior staircase.

第一章 绪论
1.1 工程概况
此工程建于南京林业大学院内,拟建场地地形平坦,平面尺寸为60m×18m;拟建活动中心地上5层,底层层高5.95m,2-5层每层层高3.9m,其中包括多功能厅、绘图室、乒乓球室、办公室、健身房、会议室等。工程采用框架结构,结构安全等级二级,设计使用年限50年,耐火等级为一级,抗震设防烈度7度,地震分组为第一组,丙类建筑,Ⅱ类建筑场地;室外年均气温16℃,最高气温41.7℃,最低气温-5℃;最大积雪深度56mm,基本雪压0.65kN/m2;基本风压0.40kN/m2。

根据房屋建筑学、民用建筑设计通则、民用建筑设计防火规范等相关知识进行建筑方案设计,针对工程的使用性质作出具体的设计。功能分区要细致合理、符合规范,使建筑物发挥出其应有的功能。
2.建筑施工图
运用CAD、天正进行绘图,绘出建筑的平、立、剖等图。
