紫外分光光度法测定硫酸新霉素可溶性粉含量(7200字)
摘  要:以新霉素与乙酰丙酮—甲醛溶液发生反应后,生成的衍生物在紫外区有最大吸收峰的特点为依据,采用紫外分光光度法测定了硫酸新霉素可溶性粉含量,并运用本法与微生物检定法进行比较,两种方法测定结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。本法操作简捷,对仪器要求不高,检验周期短,适用于半成品的质量控制,在生产实践中能得到更广泛的使用。

Determination of Neomycin Sulfate Soluble Powder by UV Spectrophotometry
