致病力减弱的稻瘟菌转化子筛选(8800字)
摘 要:活化菌株接种大麦通过对照比对筛选出致病力减弱的菌株。本研究通过活化稻瘟P131小种ATMT(Agrobacterium-madiated transformation)并产孢培养,待大麦在一叶两星状态时接种。观察发病叶片上的病斑类型,数量和大小,通过与p131野生菌对照,筛选出发病程度明显减弱的叶片,也就是致病力减弱的转化子,再进行复筛确认。本研究通过筛选稻瘟P131小种ATMT(Agrobacterium-madiated transformation)转化体库中的获得2个致病力不同程度减弱的转化体SX6140、SX6505。

SCREENING OF THE REDUCED VIRULENCE OF MAGNAPORTHE GRISEA TRANSFORMANTS

Observe the disease spot on the leaf of type, quantity and size, through contrast with p131 wild, and screened the degree of disease weakened obviously leaves, is also weakened virulence, again carries on the transformation of complex son screen confirmation.This study by screening for rice blast of Agrobacterium P131 small ATMT (madiated transformation) transformation body - repository.By 2 irulence of different extent SX6140, weakened SX6505 into body.
