住房抵押贷款风险管研究(论文5700字)
摘    要
本文先从广义和狭义两方面分析了住房抵押贷款的涵义,并明确了本文的研究方向是狭义的住房抵押贷款。之后列出了我国住房抵押贷款的主要特点,即贷款金额大、还款周期长、受政策影响大。接着分析了我国住房抵押贷款的四种风险类型。在第三章,结合我国实际情况,从风险管理主体和融资模式两个方面分析了我国住房抵押贷款风险管理的现状。并指出基于这两种现状所产生的问题。最后在第四章,针对我国风险管理的问题,提出了三点建议,包括丰富资金来源,引入保险公司和加强制度创新。

ABSTRACT
This paper begins with broad and narrow analysis of the meaning of home mortgages, and clearly the direction of this research is the narrow sense of home mortgages. After the list of the main features of China's housing mortgage loans, the loan amount, the repayment period is long, affected by the policy. Followed by analysis of the four risk types of housing mortgage loans. In the third chapter, combined with China's actual situation, risk management status quo of China's housing mortgage loans from the two aspects of the risk management body and the financing model. And pointed out that the problems arising based on both the current situation. Finally, in the fourth chapter, for our risk management issues, put forward three proposals, including a rich source of funding, the introduction of the insurance companies and to strengthen the institutional innovation.
