摘要
每一位家长都会望子成龙,望女成凤。这也是教育工作者的期望。希望每一个教过的学生都能有所成就。在孩子的成长历程中,幼儿时期是非常重要的阶段,在这个阶段的孩子完全是属于被动的接受事物的过程,所以教育就显得尤为重要。现代生活中,尤其在城市,独生子女居多,幼儿缺少与人交往合作的机会,很多幼儿以自我为中心、不善于与同伴合作,缺乏合作意识和合作能力,未来很难在社会立足和发展。近年来,随着教育学与心理学研究的开展,越来越多的教育学家和心理学家开始关注学前教育领域,尤其注重幼儿阶段良好行为品质的培养,有关幼儿社会性行为发展的研究正在逐步成为教育领域关注的热点。因此合作行为的研究尤为重要。幼儿期是社会性发展的关键期,而合作行为是社会性行为的重要组成部分,因此在幼儿阶段培养幼儿的合作意识,养成善于与人合作的习惯,将为幼儿一生的发展打下坚实的基础。

Abstract
