湖南新农村景观生态建设存在的问题及对策分析(12600字)
摘  要：通过对湖南新农村景观生态状况的分析与研究，发现当前存在农村地区耕地大量减少、现代化污染突出、规划布局混乱等问题，尤其是农村基层环境管理不到位，缺乏对生态文明建设的认识和贯彻，已成为新农村发展亟待解决的重要问题。经研究分析，认为结合党中央关于倡导生态文明与“两型社会”建设等方针政策，按照生态学和景观学等理论指导，妥善处理影响农村社会进一步发展的景观生态问题，对推进湖南新农村建设、全面实现建设小康社会奋斗目标都十分必要。

The analysis based on problems and policy of building a new socialist landscape ecological countryside in Hunan province
Abstract: By making the analysis and research for Hunan new countryside landscape ecological situation, Some problems such like finding a large amount of the land in rural areas had been decreased, outstanding modernistic pollution, planning layout had been in confusion, especially there were faults in the rural grass-roots level management, lacking awareness and implementation of the ecological civilization construction, which had became the mainly important problems of new countryside. By making the research and analysis, combining with policies on the ecological civilization and the "two types of society” construction, directing within the ecology and Landscape ecological theories, solving the ecological problems which would be prevented the further development of rural society. Those countermeasures should give a great help for  promoting the new rural construction and achieving the fully realize well-off society.
