长沙市城郊结合部农村居民点建新不拆旧问题研究(8700字)
摘  要：近年来，随着我国农村经济的发展，农民生活水平的日益提高，农村居民点出现大量未批先建、宅基地超标、一户多宅的现象，而在经济发展水平相对较高的城郊结合部尤为突出。为此，对长沙市农村居民点建新不拆旧的问题研究显得尤为重要。本文从建新不拆旧的意义入手，分析其成因影响，进而提出切实可行的对策建议。

Analysis based on problems and policy of building a new and not remove the old in Chang Sha’s suburban residence
Abstract：In recent years, as China's rural economic development, living standards of farmers are increasing ,it is a phenomenon that building new houses but non-demolition of the old ones and a large number of rural settlements are not approved before construction, and relatively high level of economic development in the suburbs Junction is particularly prominent. To this end, the study of Changsha City build a new rural residential demolition is very important. This article is based on a new meaning of building new houses but non-demolition of the old ones，analyzing the causes of it, and then put forward feasible suggestions.
