摘 要：近年来，随着我国城市化进程的加快，农村劳动力成为产业发展和城市建设的主要力量，农村劳动力转移成为了一个不可抗拒的过程。本文以湖南省望城县劳动力转移情况和耕地利用现状调查为基础，探讨农村劳动力转移对耕地保护的影响，并提出耕地保护的相关对策。

The influence on land protection with transference of rural labor force
—a case study on Wangcheng county
  Abstract：In recent years, as Chinese urbanization is speeding up, the rural labor force has became the main force of industry and transference of rural labor is an irresistible process. Based on the research of transference of rural labor and cultivated land use on Wangcheng county of Hunan province, impact of transference of rural labor on the cultivated land protection is discussed, and policies of cultivated land protection are put forward.
