Small city real estate marketing strategy is a brand-new topic, it by the local media development, the influence of custom culture, etc. This paper studies the small city real estate market and its marketing main characteristics, suit small city summed up the marketing strategy, real estate marketing strategy not only refers to marketing, also includes market research, planning and design, development and construction, advertising and marketing, after-sale service and property management business activities, namely throughout the whole process of real estate development.
