摘  要
摘要:近年来,古镇旅游成为游客出行的热门选择,各地也纷纷掀起了古镇旅游开发的热潮。如何提高古镇游客的满意度,成为古镇走可持续发展道路的重要问题。不同的旅游过程有不同的心理需要,游客的心理需要影响着游客的满意度,而游客的评价反过来也影响着其他的游客,及时了解游客不同旅游过程的需要及对古镇旅游的满意程度,建立旅游需求与满意度的联系,有助于找准古镇旅游问题所在,进而针对性地提出改进和完善方案,为古镇旅游规划开发和营销的决策提供参考。本文以惠山古镇为例,结合问卷调查法和采访法,运用Excel软件对问卷数据进行统计分析,得出了游客对古镇旅游的需求及满意度,并在此基础上提出了根据游客需求提高游客满意度的建议。

ABSTRACT
Abstract:In recent years, the historic town traveling became the popular choice which the tourist went on a journey, each region in abundance has also started the historic town traveling development upsurge. How to enhance the historic town tourist's degree of satisfaction, becomes the historic town to walk the sustainable development path's important question. The different traveling process has the different psychological need, tourist's psychological need is affecting tourist's degree of satisfaction, but tourist's appraisal in turn is also affecting other tourists, understood promptly the tourist travels differently the process need and to historic town traveling satisfaction, establishes the traveling demand and the degree of satisfaction relation, is helpful in looks for the accurate historic town traveling question to be, then pointed proposed that the improvement and the consummation plan, provide the reference for the historic town traveling plan development and the marketing decision-making. This article take the Wangcheng peace port historic town as the example, the union questionnaire survey procedure and the interview law, carries on the statistical analysis using the Excel software to the questionnaire data, has obtained the tourist to the historic town traveling demand and the degree of satisfaction, based on this and proposed enhances the tourist degree of satisfaction according to the tourist demand the suggestion.
