Abstract
This paper is the design of progressive die for continuous blanking of elastic retaining pin. The key points of the paper are the selection of the layout of the workpiece, and the design process of blanking and blanking in the manufacturing process. The main contents include the analysis of blanking process and the selection of blanking scheme, the calculation and design of the main parts and important dimensions.
The design process of multi-position progressive die is described in detail. The industry background of die manufacturing is briefly described. Then the calculation of process parameters, the calculation of punch and die edge size, the selection of standard parts and the calculation and design of non-standard parts are carried out. The most widely used software CAD in modern machinery industry is used to draw assembly drawings and main parts drawings.
