摘  要
随着社会的飞速发展和科学技术的不断进步,人们对电脑的依赖也是日益加剧,正是这需求推动了科技的发展,使得电脑外形的不断改革,并衍生出了笔记本电脑这一便携、小巧的个人电脑。随着笔记本电脑的不断普及,笔记本电脑的保护与维修方面的问题也迎面而来。由于笔记本电脑重量较轻,因此不能像台式电脑那样有厚重的机壳来保护,于是笔记本电脑壳上壳便应运而生。笔记本电脑壳上壳主要是附着在笔记本电脑外壳上,用来保护笔记本电脑,防止它因与外界的碰撞而损坏的。但是,如今市面上许多的笔记本电脑壳上壳并不能有效的起到保护的作用。因此,优化笔记本电脑壳上壳很有必要。
本文通过对笔记本电脑壳上壳的外形进行分析,从而计算得出用来冲压壳上壳的模具的相应尺寸。通过其外形的形状,提出了三种冲压模具的设计方案,先进行落料工序,做出初步的轮廓,再经过弯曲工序使其外形进行弯曲,从而能够扣在笔记本外壳上,最后进行冲孔,使它能够露出笔记本的logo和电源指示灯。最后我对各个冲压模具的零件进行了设计和图纸绘制,并且校核了它的强度,所得结果对于笔记本电脑壳上壳冲压模具的设计有较大的帮助。
本论文主要研究了笔记本电脑壳上壳的形状尺寸和对应的冲压模具所需的尺寸,以及各个冲压模具的工作原理,对冲压模具进行了设计,并校核了其零件的强度,绘制了零件图和总装图。

Abstract
With the continuous progress of the society and the rapid development of science and technology, people rely on computers is growing is demand that promoted the development of science and technology, the continuous reform in the shape of a computer, the portable notebook computer, compact size of personal computers are derived. With the popularity of notebook computers, the problems in the protection and maintenance of notebook computers are coming. Due to the lighter notebook computers, and therefore can not be like a desktop computer with a thick shell to protect, so the laptop shell on the shell. Laptop shell is mainly attached to the notebook computer shell, used to protect the notebook computer, to prevent it due to the collision with the outside world. However, many of the laptop shell on the market now can not effectively play a protective role in the market. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the laptop shell.
In this paper, by analyzing the shape of the shell of the notebook computer, the corresponding size of the die used for pressing the shell is calculated. Shape by the shape of the proposed three kinds of stamping die design, advanced line blanking process, make a preliminary outline, after bending process enable its shape bend, so as to be able to button on the outer shell of the notebook, the punching, enable it to reveal notebook logo, and a power supply indicating lamp. At last, I design and draw the parts of the stamping dies, and check the strength of the parts, and the results have great help to the design of the stamping die for the shell of the notebook computer.
This paper mainly studies the stamping mould for the shell of the notebook computer shell size and shape corresponding to the desired size, and various stamping die working principle and on the metal stamping die design and check the intensity of the parts, and draw the part drawing and assembly drawing.
