【中文摘要】: 本次设计的课题是加油口支座冲孔落料模具的设计,此次设计主要针对冲压工艺和冲模设计两方面展开。首先针对模具的发展进行了一定得分析和诠释,以及解释此次的设计内容;然后是工艺设计主要内容是对零件的分析和模具的选择方法;其次是模具的设计;然后是橡皮的设计和选用;紧接着是确定各个主要零件的尺寸;然后对模具的改进进行了分析;最后总结了此次设计过程。

【Abstract】: The project's name is the design of oil filler bracket piercing and blanking die. This design is mainly about two aspects, namely sheet metal forming technology and punch die design. It analyses and interprets the development of mold,as well as explains the contents of this project; The main body of the technological design is about the analysis of parts and the selection method of mold; Becides it concerns the mold design and the design and selection of rubber;moreover it is about the determination of every parts' sizes and analysis of the improvement of mold; finally it summarizes the process of this design.’
