摘 要:本文简要介绍了模具的概念,它的组成和特点及国内外的发展状况。本设计的主要任务完成多弯角支架零件冲压模具设计。多弯角支架零件结构、形状比较简单。对零件进行工艺分析,其制造过程包含落料、冲孔和弯曲三道工序。复合模结构紧凑,冲出的制件精度较高,生产效率较高,适合大批量的生产。本模具性能可靠,运行平稳,能够适应大批量生产要求,提高了生产质量和生产效率,降低了劳动强度和生产成本。

Many Corners Stents Curved Blanking, Cut Curved Successive Composite Modulu
Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the concept of the mould, its composition and characteristics and the development situation of both at home and abroad.The design of the main task is stamping mould design of many corners stents parts. Many corners stents parts structure and shape is simple. Analysis of the technology of spare parts, its manufacturing process contains three procedures of blanking ,punching and bending. Composite modulus of compact structure, high precision parts out, the production efficiency is higher, suitable for mass production. This mould has reliable performance, smooth operation, and can adapt to requirements of mass production, improve the production quality and production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and the cost of production.
