摘 要
模具设计思思是学习模具专业课的最终目的,我们主要对冲压模和塑料模有一定的认识。
本文首先简要的概述了塑料模在社会领域中的作用及其以后的发展方向,点明模具设计的重要意义。然后依据工件图进行工艺性分析,进而确定了设计方案,计算出模具工作部分的尺寸,设计出工作零部件;然后依据设计要求选择出各个标准零部件,然后设计出模具的总装配图。在设计中,最重要的就是设计方案的确定、尺寸的计算和工作零部件的设计,这是设计的关键,这些设计的正确与否直接关系到成本的高低和设计模具能否正常工作;在设计的最后,总结了自己的心得和体会,并对我的指导老师表示感谢。
为了我的设计更加简明易懂,在设计中,我用了CAD软件画了七、八张零件图,安插在设计任务书中。
通过次毕业设计使我掌握了塑料模具设计的一般流程,学习到了好多课本上没有学习到的知识,使我受益非浅。

ABSTRACT
It is the end purpose that studies the professional lesson of molding tool that molding tool design think, we have the certain understanding to the press mold and the plastics mold.
This text summarize briefly the role of the plastic molds in social field and developing direction afterwards at first, point out the important meaning of mold design, carry on the craft analyse according to the work part picture , then confirme the design plan , calculate out some sizes of the mould work , design the job part and choose each standard part according to the designing requirement , design the total installation diagram of the mould . In the course of designing, the confirmation of the design plan, the calculation of sizes and the designing of work part is the most importance. This is the key of designing.These designing is the whether right involve directly the level of the cost and the mold could work normally; At the end of designing , summarized own gains and experience , and express thanks to my teacher.
More concisly and easy for my design understood , in the designing, I have drawn some parts picture in CAD software, assigned into the specifications .
I understand the general course of the mold designing Make me not merely grasp the general procedure of pl astic mold designthrough graduation project once, study the knowledge that not learned in many textbooks, benefit me a great deal.
