摘 要
本设计课题和任务书是对一种海马汽车门内板进行合理结构的模具设计,分析塑件的材料和结构后,可以知道这一类的产品都是需要采用注射模具的成型工艺来生产的产品,这次主要是用电脑绘图完成这次课题设计。注塑模具现在使用的比较多,主要是针对产量高的塑件产品使用:特别适合精度要求搞,需求量又大的这一类塑胶产品比较适合,这样来生产又可以保证产量,也可以保证使用功能不受影响。注塑模具的应用用途也很广泛,基本所有的塑料材料都可以生产,模具质量可靠的前提下,产品的质量也会很高 ,而且可以实现自动化生产。这次设计过程主要分为几部,先分析产品结构性能,然后三维UG软件进行建模,然后分模,画出主要的成型零件,在这之前需要进行一系列的计算,保证自己设计的强度是可以满足要求的、而且需要选择好成型模具的穴数,这个主要按照产品的结构和注塑机的大小决定是否合适,后面设计好装配图,然后还需要设计出来模具的各零件的细节,然后吧那些零件的图纸转换成CAD的二维工程图,做完图纸,需要整理好之前的设计计算。把这些计算都写说明书,按照规定的格式完成设计说明书的排版。

Injection molding technology and mold design of the interior plate of the hippocampus
Abstract
This design topic and the task book are the mold design for a reasonable structure of the interior board of the hippocampus. After analyzing the material and structure of the plastic parts, we can know that these products are all the products that need to be produced by the molding process of the injection mold. This time the design is completed by computer drawing. Injection molds now use more, mainly for high production of plastic products: especially suitable for precision requirements, large demand of this kind of plastic products are more suitable, so that production can ensure production, and can ensure that the use of the function is not affected. The application of injection mold is also widely used, the basic all the plastic materials can be produced, the quality of the mold is reliable, the quality of the product will be very high, and can realize automatic production. The design process is divided into several parts, first analysis the product structure and performance, then modeling the 3D UG software, then dividing the mold, drawing the main forming parts. Before this, a series of calculations are needed to ensure that the strength of the design is satisfied, and the number of holes which need to be selected well is needed. According to the structure of the product and the size of the injection molding machine to determine whether it is appropriate, after the design of the assembly drawings, and then the need to design the details of the parts of the mold, and then the drawings of those parts into the CAD two-dimensional engineering drawings, finished drawings, need to be finished before the design calculation. Write these calculations and complete the typesetting of the design instructions in accordance with the prescribed format.
